Prentiss Park Home Staging Provides
the Experience You Need
Prentiss Park is the creative outlet of Ken Hedrick of Atlanta, Georgia.
Beginning his career in 1973 at Ivey's Department store, Ken's first job was setting up furniture showrooms in the downtown store. It was a time when quality pieces abounded and homes were places to be aspired to. He has never lost his his passion for creating a beautiful sense of space, either for himself or for others. Ken's passion is Mid Century architecture and furnishings, and anything from a great coffee pot to a vintage car that involves good industrial design.
"My career of 30 years in Store planning, store openings, furniture and fixture design uniquely qualifies me to stage homes. Whether your home is large or small, I am able to envision a home that buyers want to see themselves in. Home staging is the only thing we do and we are passionate about getting you that offer you want!"
Why "Prentiss Park"?
"Prentiss Park was founded out of a love for a time when homes were destinations and places of comfort to be shared with family and friends. Prentiss Park was originally the first motor suburb of Portsmouth, Virgina where my great-grandparents, grandparents and parents spent their childhoods and family life. My love of Prentiss Park is reinforced everytime I see a home movie, a family album or go home for a family vacation. It is still remembered and fondly discussed by many people that lived there. I hope to create homes that make people feel proud enough to bring both family and friends to and spend time nuturing those relationships in comfort and style and create memories in like my family did in Prentiss Park."
"Design is a plan for arranging elements in such a way as best to accomplish a particular purpose."
